The
company office hour begins at 0900 hours and ends at 1800 hours five and a
half days a week. However, our operational clearing team operates 24
hours with two rotating shift, 7 days a week except for Public
Holiday. This is to ensure that the customer’s need are fully met.

Dynamic
International has a well equipped operational system that runs
parallel with the major carrier. A booking system that links
directly to major participating airlines and a Tradenet System that
is linked to the Customs Authority.

As
an infrastructure, Dynamic International has a double racking system
that has a capacity to hold approximately 12 tonnes or
40 cubic meter of cargo, a digital weight scale that has a
capacity of 2.5 tonnes, a strong room to fit approximately 8 cubic
meter of valuable cargo
and 2 x 2.5 tonnes forklift.

a combine experience of more that 20 years, our very experience
operation team has the ability to handle all mode of air and sea
freight shipment, transhipment, inland trucking to and from
Singapore up to Bangkok as well as all category of Singapore Custom
import and export permit.These experience is indeed our most
valuable asset that has seen us undertaking project from some of our
most valuable customer like Saudi Arabian Airlines, Singapore
Science Centre, SES Americom (S) Pte Ltd, Schott Singapore Pte Ltd,
Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, Heng Boon Seng Constructions Pte Ltd,
Metalplas Engineering Pte. Ltd., WMG Pte. Ltd., BW
Worldwide Movers, Halcon Primo Logistics Pte Ltd, Ortho-Clinical
Diagnostics, Cardio Therm Pte Ltd as well as three other Third Party
Logistics company that does not holds any office in the FTZ.

programmed that allows accurate tracing of the shipment that could
provide customer with any information pertaining to their shipment
